Voting Rules in Wyoming
Strict photo ID required as of 2026. Voters without ID must cast a provisional ballot.
Any registered voter may request an absentee ballot.
In-person absentee voting available at county clerk offices 40 days before Election Day.
Voter registration must be completed by October 20, 2026. Registration by mail or in person only.
Election Day registration available at polls.
Polls are open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Election Day. If you are in line when polls close you are entitled to vote.
