Voting Rules in Nevada
No ID required. Nevada is an all-mail state; ballots are mailed to all active registered voters.
All active registered voters automatically receive a mail ballot. In-person voting also available.
In-person early voting available 15 days before Election Day.
Voter registration must be completed by October 29, 2026. Online registration is available.
Same-day voter registration available through Election Day.
Polls are open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Election Day. If you are in line when polls close you are entitled to vote.
