Voting Rules in Missouri
ID requested to vote; non-photo ID accepted. Voters without ID may sign an affidavit.
Absentee voting requires an approved excuse.
In-person absentee voting available at county election offices 6 weeks before Election Day.
Voter registration must be completed by October 6, 2026. Online registration is available.
Registration deadline is 28 days before Election Day.
Polls are open from 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Election Day. If you are in line when polls close you are entitled to vote.
