Voting Rules in Florida
Photo ID requested. Voters without photo ID may vote a provisional ballot or sign an affidavit.
Any registered voter may request a vote-by-mail ballot. Request must be made by the seventh day before the election.
Early voting available 10 to 7 days before Election Day (counties may offer more).
Voter registration must be completed by October 5, 2026. Online registration is available.
Registration must be completed 29 days before Election Day.
Polls are open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Election Day. If you are in line when polls close you are entitled to vote.
